- The problem. One paragraph. What is broken, missing, or load-bearing.
- The constraints. Compliance, deadline, team shape, anything non-obvious.
- The shape you have in mind. Project, advisory, or embedded. If unclear, say so.
- A timeframe. When the work needs to start, when it needs to be done.
What to expect back
- A reply inside two business days.
- An honest read on fit, including a no.
- A short call if the fit is plausible.
- A written brief if the call confirms it.
